refund/replacement policy
At TechShed, customer satisfaction is our priority. You may request a refund or replacement within 6-7 days of delivery for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. Returned products must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories. Final sale or clearance items are non-refundable.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 12-14 business days after inspection. Replacements depend on stock availability. Shipping fees may not be refunded, except in cases of error on our part.
